WebIn 2024 POAH completed renovations to all 120 apartments, upgraded major building systems and redesigned the first-floor community spaces and management offices. The project received financial support from the Illinois Housing Development Authority and Cook County. POAH also extended the HAP contract for all 120 units. WebSince starting to work in Chicago 2008, POAH has built and renovated more than 2,000 apartments in a dozen Chicago neighborhoods, suburbs, and in Kankakee, IL to the south. Our properties have been enhanced by improvements and nearby amenities and services available to residents.
